Marc is originally from Germany and split his childhood between Germany and Virginia. From a military family requiring him to move around a lot as a child, Marc understands the importance of finding the right house and making it a home. As an adult, Marc has called the Carolinas home for the past several years and has fallen in love with Charlotte, its people, neighborhoods and rapid growth. Marc is a people person, and his time spent abroad has made him flexible, adaptive and able to be a true chameleon in any social and professional environment.
Marc attended Hampton University where he studied Sport Management and is a member of the prestigious Divine Nine Iota Phi Theta fraternity. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Marc worked for Amazon for 5 years where he further honed his skills in organization, in teamwork and collaboration, in leadership and in process improvement. He found his passion in real estate through buying and selling multiple homes with his partner including property investments. Marc is passionate about helping others buy their first home or their next investment property. He gets joy out of enabling others to build wealth and financial freedom through real estate. Marc holds his real estate licenses in both North and South Carolina meaning he is able to find his clients the perfect home in Charlotte and its surrounding suburbs and townships.
Marc calls the Oakhurst neighborhood home. However, you will frequently find him in Uptown, Southend, NoDa, Plaza Midwood, Southpark and Lake Norman neighborhoods spending time with friends and family. He spends his time with his partner and with his dog Rover, a 98lb Doberman, who thinks he’s a lap dog. He loves watching movies, exploring new areas of town and is a major foodie. He also frequents the gym and enjoys playing recreational sports like dodgeball and kickball. He played semi-professional basketball in Germany and can still be found hooping at a number of Charlotte’s gyms and parks.
