No matter if you’re buying a new home for you and your family, moving apartments and need to pay an application fee, security deposit, and the first month’s rent, or hiring a moving company in Charlotte to transport your office’s valuables, there’s a fee with every move. That’s why at Hornet Moving, we do everything we can to streamline your move, keep overhead low, and provide you with the area’s best team of affordable Charlotte movers.

Pricing Information:

Here’s the pricing you can expect for our Charlotte movers:

• $120 per hour (Monday-Thursday) and $130 per hour (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) for a 26-foot moving truck and two movers with a two-hour minimum required on most jobs.
• Additional Charlotte movers: $40 more, per hour.
• Billing starts when we arrive at your home. We charge by the minute and never round up so you don’t pay for the time you don’t use.
• Piano moving and gun safe delivery is $100 extra.
• We don’t charge a travel fee for local moves. Outside Charlotte, the charge is $1.50 per mile.
• If you cancel moving services within 48 hours (unless due to weather), we charge a $50 fee. This money goes to our movers who have lost this opportunity to work.
